Lady Josephine Mike Ozekhome, LL.M, LL.B (Hons), BL, is the Managing Partner of Mike Ozekhome’s Chambers (Legal Practitioners and Notaries Public): She attended Anne Barracks Nursery School, Yaba (1973-1976), Army Children School, Minna, Niger State (1977-1982) she later attended Federal Government Girls College, Abuloma, Port Harcourt (1982-1988) where she made distinction in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) in 1988.

Thereafter, she attended the University of Jos, from 1989-1993 where she bagged the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (Hons.) degree. Between 1993 and 1994, she attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos where she graduated in flying colours with the Certificate of Barrister at Law (BL) in 1995.

Not satisfied with her garnered laurels, she enrolled at the Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, Lagos, where she did her Masters degree with specialization in International Law, Banking and Finance, Insurance and Investment Laws and Corporate Management. She bagged the LL.M degree in the year 2000.

With over 25 years cognate experience, Lady Josephine who oversees the entire Coordination and Administration of the Chambers, including human resources management, welfare, appointment promotion and discipline, also heads and directs the Corporate/Commercial department of the Law firm.

She participated in sensitive corporate matters involving mergers and acquisitions during the Banking Consolidation exercise some years ago. She has also been actively involved in realty/property transactions, children, women and minority rights matters. She is an energetic workaholic who effectively combines the roles of a mother, wife and consummate professional. She is adept at property searches, negotiations, documentation, drafting and perfection of leases, assignments and mortgages. She is happily married to Dr Mike A.A Ozekhome, SAN and they are blessed with children.

Oluchi Vivian Uche , Miss, is a Counsel in the Abuja office of Mike Ozekhome Chambers.
She is a smart, brilliant and goal oriented lawyer, with a passion for excellence and interest in proffering to legal problems. She posses adequate competence in litigation, legal researching , constitutional and Police related matters. She has further demonstrated her competence in landmark cases she has closely worked on with the Chief Counsel/Head of Chambers (Chief Mike A.A Ozekhome, SAN). Her prowess and ability to excellently deliver on urgents tasks under pressure also lends credence to her expertise.
She graduated from the Abia State University in the year 2014, where she obtained her first degree in Law. She then immediately proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Yola Campus same year and was there upon called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2015, upon graduation. She further proceeded for her compulsory one year National Youth Service Corps and was posted to the Bayelsa State Judiciary , Bayelsa State where she work as a Research Assistant to a Judge. She is currently in active legal practice since her call to the Nigerian Bar and has been privileged to work with reputable law firms across the Federation. She has passion litigation, legal research , legal drafting, facts finding and evidence gathering.

Richard Ebie holds a Law Degree (LL.B. Hons.,) from the prestigious NNAMDI AZIKIWE UNIVERSITY, AWKA, and obtained his Barrister –at – Law (B.L.) from the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008.

Richard is an assiduous and meticulous legal practitioner based in Abuja. He did his pupilage in the Law Firm of A. S. Desmond & Co., during which time he was fortunate to be in an active law office which enabled him to start gathering litigation experience immediately after his Call to Bar.
He participated in Moot Court trials both in the University and the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, and was given an award of excellence in 2008 for his participation in Moot Court Competition in the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.

Benson Akhagbosu Igbanoi is a Managing Partner in Mike Ozekhome's Chambers. He is an Aluminus of the University of Ife ( now Obafemi Awolowo University) where he obtained his Barchelor of Laws Degree with honours in 1980. Thereafter he proceeded to the Nigerian Law school, Lagos and successfully completed the course of study prescribed by the Council of Legal Education with honours in July 1981 and enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He was subsequently posted to Plateau State for his National Youths Service Corps Programme where he served his fatherland in the Plateau state Ministry of Justice and the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria as an in-house lawyer in 1981/1982. In September of 1982, he joined the Law firm of O.S Obande & Co. where he served as a Resident Legal Practitioner until 1988 to form his Law firm of Benson & Co.( Covenant Chambers) He headed the Firm as a Founding Partner. He later became the Jos Brach Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association from 2005-2006 after which he joined the Law Office of Kola Awodein & Co. Lagos as a Partner. Benson held this position until 2008 when he set up the Benson Igbanoi Law Partners in Abuja where he further sharpened his skills in Advocacy and commercial Law Practice.
